TCI has developed a process that treats candidates with respect and concern for their professional development. Fees are paid by our clients and there is never a charge to you, the candidate. Our consultative process begins with a face-to-face interview with a knowledgeable TCI counselor who will review your background and skills. After an in-depth discussion of your career and personal goals, we'll explore your compensation and geographic requirements.
Based on our extensive understanding of the marketplace, we will discuss with you those opportunities that most closely meet your needs. Having agreed upon one or more appropriate positions for you, we will approach the clients on your behalf.
Before an interview takes place, you will be thoroughly prepared as to the position, the client's culture and environment, as well as the client's staff who will be interviewing you. In addition, your TCI counselor will provide you with many helpful interviewing techniques and pointers. Once the interview takes place and an offer is in process, your TCI counselor will also be your agent in negotiating a competitive compensation and benefits package.
