Each contractor represented by TCI is considered for positions at all of our extensive number of clients. You will be invited in for a one-time interview with a seasoned TCI counselor. In addition to placing you in a position of technical growth at a competitive pay rate, the TCI counselor will provide advice and counsel on the current state of the market.
All TCI W-2 contractors with 3 months of service are eligible for health insurance through TCI's Group Insurance Plan, with partial premium payments by TCI.
After 90 days, all TCI W-2 contractors are eligible to participate in TCI's 401(k) plan.
After 500 hours of service, all TCI W-2 contractors become participants in TCI's Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and a company-paid contribution is made on their behalf.
TCI pays workers’ compensation insurance and unemployment insurance taxes on behalf of all of our W-2 contractors.
